Born in South Australia to an Italian father and an Australian mother, Nadia combines her beloved heritage with a passion for vegan cooking.
Nadia loves the colour red, spaghetti al pomodoro, coffee, baths, books, Italy (naturally!) and slow living. She currently lives in Adelaide with her husband Matthew and dog Hugo.

PRAISE FOR NADIA'S COOKBOOKS

I basked in the warmth of Nadia's Italian winter feasts. Many Italian food traditions are linked to season and occasion and here Nadia gives them a plant-based twist while remaining true to the flavour profile and origin of each dish.

Animals Australia
This is not a stock standard, typical Italian cookbook - it's interesting, well researched and the recipes are absolutely excellent. The photography is so evocative with super Christmas vibes. Honestly, there's nothing not to love about this cookbook,
it's a special one.
